Day 314

My buddy Holden came for a visit last night. It was great seeing him again. He has grown so much since I saw him last. Mom and Dad had his parents (John and Steph) over for dinner. A good time was had by all. Holden was too busy relaxing to look at the camera but we got a few shots.





Today we broke out the truck I got from Grandma Gainsbrook for Christmas. I had fun driving it around the basement.




Of course I still love my jolly jumper so I spent some time jumping around too!

Day 311

I'm ten months old today. I celebrated it by being strapped into my car seat for 5 hours! We drove home from Barrie today. We were there for the holidays and had a great visit. My first Christmas and I totally got spoiled. We had a great get together will all my aunts, uncles and cousins and it was a lot of fun. Boxing day I spent time with both my Grandma's while Mom and Dad did some skiing. Here are a few photos from our trip.

Mom and Dad figured out the trick to a quiet car ride. They give me a cookie. It keeps me busy for hours.

Of course once we got there I needed a bath which I took in the laundry tub!

Santa brought a Dora balloon for Lindsey and she left it for me to play with.

The house was full and there were a ton of gifts under the tree!

Day 302

Day 301

Last night was Christmas at Grandma Hawley's. We also got a record December snowfall. We got 37cm of snow and couldn't get out of the driveway at Grandma's. We ended up staying the night and had to shovel our way into our house this morning. Dad is still outside shovelling now!
Thanks to Grandma for a great evening and for my first ever Christmas present.

Day 293

I met Santa today! I told him that I've been really good this year and gave him a long list of things I want for Christmas. First on my list is a better photographer. All mom took was one stinkin photo and it's blurry. Oh well, I'm posting it anyways!

Day 290

Mom bought me this awesome toboggan! It snowed a lot here this week and we have been having fun sledding around the neighbourhood. Hopefully the weather is nice this weekend and Dad can come with us.
Mom let me watch a little TV this week too. I guess because we have been inside so much. It's a good opportunity for me to practise my sitting. She puts the pillows behind me for just in case but I haven't had to use them much. Just like my Dad I zone out when Mom puts the TV on.

Day 286

Turns out I am not a big fan of carrots! I ate them, but I didn't like them! Hopefully Mom feeds me something better tomorrow.
Notice that she now feeds me naked! I guess I was making a pretty big mess.
