Day 283

Aunt Steph sent the photo of Mom, Dad and I with Ashley. You can't see here too well in the photo but take my word for it she's a cutie! We're crossing our fingers that she will be home soon.

Day 280

I'll be 9 months old tomorrow! Can you believe it? Time sure does fly. Thank goodness Mom gets the extra couple months of Maternity leave and doesn't have to go back to work until May.
We just got back last night from another road trip to Barrie. We do the Geuzebroek Christmas in November so that everyone can make it. Grandma and Grandpa cooked up a storm and we had a great visit. There were 35 of us for dinner. I got to meet baby Sadie and cousin Ashley for the first time. They are both beautiful! I got a picture of me hanging out with Sadie but will have to wait for Aunt Steph to send the pictures with Ashley.
I'm still getting solids once a day but as you can see I haven't really gotten any better at eating them. Mom says I wear more than I eat! Thankfully we have this big plastic bib I wear. Too bad it's pink!
Tonight I am chilling with Dad watching the Dolphins get beat by Pittsburgh while Mom goes and plays football. Wednesday night Grandma Hawley is looking after me. I can't wait!

Day 275

So Mom and Dad got the camera back from John and Steph so I thought I would show you a few picture of me sitting. As I mentioned I'm still new at this and fall over occasionally.

I also wanted to say congratulations to John and Steph on the arrival of baby Holden on Nov. 19th. Things didn't go as smoothly as they hoped and Steph required an emergency c-section. I got to meet Holden yesterday and he is really cute. I can't wait until we can play together. We all wish Steph a quick recovery!

Day 273

I started sitting up this week. Mom can sit me up and I don't fall over like I used to. Okay I still fall over sometimes but I am much more stable. Mom took some pictures but John and Steph have our camera for a while. Looks like my friend Holden is going to come any time soon. I can't wait to meet him.

Here are some pictures of me last week all dressed up for playgroup. It's the only time that Mom takes me out of my PJ's!

Day 264

I'm 8.5 months old today and Mom and Dad gave me solids for the first time. I made a mess but did well.

We had swimming again today. Dad came and took some pictures. Mom dunked me for the first time. I was very surprised as you can see from the video but I had fun!
